Throughout March and April of 2012, I intend to do a solitary road trip across North America. No amount of badgering, bribing or threatening could convince my wife to board a plane for 15 hours. Infact, come to think of it, I can't even get her to come with me down to the coast for a weekend. So it is off to the States on my own. Except for a visit with friends in Arizona in the first 2 days, nothing else is planned. Where possible, I intend to travel off the main highways and tourist routes and experience the true culture and lifestyle of middle America. No accomodation is booked or planned and I will source that as the need arises.
This is the very rough route I intend to take across the US. Very open to change.
